High Knee Jogging!

We all know the drill where you run in place with high knees? Drill sargents used to hammer them into us in the military and you see them being drilled into participants at fitness boot camps. This drill actually has it origins in the late 1800’s when Walter George who was a runner who broke the world mile record at the time. The drill was called 100 up and he used to do it every day. With all the recent emphasis on running form lately, there is a resurgence in this 100-up running drill to practice good running form.
